The hotel was spotless, and the staff were second to none. I dined in the Marco Pierre White Restaurant, and the food exceeded my expectations. The bar area was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
The hotel's location on a trolley in the middle of reception was perfect. Close to everything, it offered easy access to all major attractions in this city. We found it to be great value for money, especially considering the proximity to the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and helpful, interacting with guests on reception. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge bed and lovely bedding. We also appreciated the provided toiletries, soundproofing, and USB sockets. The view from our room towards the lit-up buildings on Princes Street was beautiful.

The location was brilliant, right in the middle of all the attractions. It was so convenient to be close to everything and have easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
