We loved the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, right next to Kensington Gardens and just minutes from Hyde Park and Notting Hill's Portobello Road. Plus, being right on the Central Line made transportation super convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities were modern. The location next to Hyde Park was perfect for us, as it provided direct access to the District, Central, and Circle tube lines, as well as buses. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Everything was spot on.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with the underground stations just a few steps away. There are plenty of different restaurants to choose from in the vicinity, and I particularly enjoyed being right across the street from Kensington Palace and Gardens. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I found the cleanliness of the rooms to be exceptional. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - just across from Kensington Gardens, which made for a beautiful afternoon stroll. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the cleanliness, which was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice and assistance. Transportation was also very convenient, with easy access to the tube stations and a straight connection to popular destinations like Harrods and Oxford Street. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including gluten-free choices.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The location was perfect, right next to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. We loved being able to take a break from the city and explore these beautiful green spaces. The hotel's proximity to the Queensway tube station also made it incredibly convenient for us to travel around using the underground. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, including the lovely Aubaine restaurant right next door. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early so we could get ready for our meal. The hotel was also very clean, with a modern and comfortable room that had a large flat screen TV and a clean, well-maintained bathroom.
