I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Inverness. The cleanliness of the en-suite was exceptional, and everything was in good repair. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the attractive lobby gave a warm and welcoming feel upon arrival. The hotel's location in the center of town made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and visiting nearby tourist attractions. the hotel had its own parking facilities, which was a great added convenience for guests with vehicles. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The included breakfast and dinner in the hotel's restaurant were both delicious and well-presented, adding to the overall value of the accommodation deal.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We loved the hotel's character and the cleanliness of our room. The chicken pakora and ribeye steaks at the restaurant were delicious, and we also enjoyed the cold Tennents lager and lovely cocktails. The hotel's bar, restaurant, and breakfast facilities were great, and the common areas were beautiful. The location in town was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We found the staff to be helpful, and the breakfast was efficient with various options, including gluten-free choices.
No negatives from this place.
The art in the communal areas was amazing and gave the hotel a great feel. The grand staircase added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. The large room was clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere despite its central location. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the nearby sites, including King Charles III's castle and Queen Victoria's home. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we appreciated the double glazing that kept out the noise from the outside. the breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious.
Absolutely nothing.
